GRANDES TRAVESIAS
No puedo dejar de soñar con el futuro turístico de Arica-Parinacota. Es una verdadera enfermedad que me acecha todos los días. Nuevas ideas, nuevos proyectos, nuevos desafíos, nuevos objetivos y obviamente nuevos estados de ánimo me impulsan.
Ayer me sacaron los fierros que me pusieron en la rótula a raíz de mi caída y hay que recuperar rápido el tiempo.
Hace casi 2 semanas tuvimos la visita de Christophe Anglade de la empresa Atalante de Francia. Venía a ver el producto “La Ruta de la Plata” que ellos están interesados en comprar. El definió “como un verdadero tesoro escondido” lo que vió en sus dos días de deambular desde el Océano Pacífico hasta las maravillosas y sorprendentes Lagunas de Cotacotani.
Luego nuevamente la visita de Juan Gabriel Pallares y Rafael de Villasante de España que no hacen más que reafirmarnos que tenemos un verdadero tesoro y una verdadera oportunidad de desarrollo turístico si sabemos hacer bien las cosas con ética, impecabilidad y estándar.
A propósito de grandes travesías. A finales del 2002 una caravana partió desde la China con dirección a Damasco, Siria, cruzando toda Asia Central. Desde el otro extremo de Africa había partido otra caravana desde Nouakchott, Mauritania también en dirección a Damasco, capital de Siria. Ambas caravanas confluyeron el 31 de diciembre en Damasco. Todo ello fue organizado por la empresa Tamera de Francia. A raíz de esta lectura y de lo conversado con Juan Gabriel en su reciente visita ya comienzo a soñar con esa gran travesía Arica-Potosí y otra que suba desde Buenos Aires hasta el Potosí, ambas reuniéndose en una misma fecha a los pies del Cerro Rico, que diera riquezas insospechadas a España y redefiniera por completo el esquema del comercio mundial.
Qué necesitamos: 4 unidades de estado de ánimo (lo que nos sobra), 2 unidades de redes (tenemos en abundancia) y 1 unidad de capital (los/las seduciremos a su debido tiempo). Esto último no lo digo yo.
